We have three gîtes available to let.

Two of them can accomodate four people and our third gîte can accomodate two people.
The gites are in the countryside just a short distance from the beautiful Brittany coastline.

Our nearest town is Bannalec (4 km).
It has several shops including a supermarket, bakery, bank, post office and a tourist information office.

Description of the gîtes accommodating four people:

Ground floor:

Living area with wood burning stove.

Television, dvd player and internetconnection.

Fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, microwave and dish drying cloths.

Toilet and shower.

Electric heating.

First floor:

One room with a double bed,160 x 200 and one twin bedded room. 80 x 190 / 80 x 200

There is electric heating in both bedrooms.

Garden:

Large sunny garden, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.

Description of the gite accomodating two persons

Ground floor:

Living area with wood burning stove.

First floor:

Prices per week.
Arrival day Saturday (after 15.00 hr) and departure day Saturday (before 10.00 hr)

11 january        -  14 june                 € 555 per week

14 june             -  13 september      € 665 per week

13 september   -  13 december       € 555 per week

Prices include cleaning costs and bedlinnen. Tourist taxe € 0,90 per per person per night > 18 years

Please note that towels are not supplied.
 

In our holiday houses there are no dogs allowed.

SPECIAL RATE DURING HIGH SEASON!

A discount of 5% for every booking of 3 weeks continuous or more.

If you want to stay in one of our holiday gîtes it is necessary to make a reservation.

Things to do and see:

Within a short distance of Kerjean there are many interesting places to visit. These include the picturesque town of Pont Aven, the fishing town of Concarneau, and many old interesting churches.  It takes just a 15 minute drive (by car)to the beautiful Brittany coastline with a choice of several (quite) beaches. There are also many hiking and bicycle routes.

* Brochures of things to do and places of interest in the area.

* laundry service.

* Wood for the fireplace:

  If you arrive in the autumn or winter time, your fire is already lit and sufficient wood is supplied for about two days.

* Additional wood can be provided at a reasonable price.
